Facts: The Complainant commenced employment with the Respondent as an electrician on 8 January 2008 and his contract of employment was terminated on 25 March 2020.
The Complainant was involved in a serious road traffic accident in 2017, he was over the legal limit for alcohol and he subsequently pleaded guilty for dangerous driving causing harm.
A four-year prison sentence was imposed with the final 30 months suspended.
