Business breakfast: International and Russian law

20 April 2017, the experts of consulting company IPT Group with the support of the international Association of Global Law Expert will be happy to invite You and your colleagues for a business Breakfast on issues of international and Russian law.

The event will be held in the format of interactive discussions with the participation of invited experts of the largest Russian companies, including ROSATOM, JSC UK of “ROSVODOKANAL”, JSC “GENERIUM”, YANDEX LLC, “SBERBANK CAPITAL” and UK “PROMSVYAZ”.

The format includes a minimum of theory and a maximum of discussion and analysis of practical case studies through the prism of norms of English and Russian law. During the event we will discuss: the pros and/or cons of tools when structuring M&A transactions in the English or Russian law. The firmness and/or dubious (esperimenti) varying the structure (Toolkit) from the point of view of legal protection of interests of the parties; the preferences of participants and whether structuring of “combined” complex M&A transactions under English and Russian law.
