Tim De Clercq graduated in 2007 with distinction from the University of Antwerp. After a post-university cycle as a curator (Catholic University of Leuven), he started his Master’s degree in Business-law at the University of Antwerp. The latter was completed in 2011 and also with distinction.
Tim specializes in corporate law, commercial law and real estate law. He advises national and international clients in all kinds of commercial conflicts and in drafting trade agreements. Tim can also rely on extensive experience as an assistant curator.
Tim is the founder of Talo Advocaten.
