Matthew Kolinski

Dr. Matthew Kolinski completed his medical residency in both Internal Medicine and Pediatrics at the Medical College of Wisconsin while he was growing and running his business. Throughout his training he was always curious about the logistics and operations related to optimizing patient care.  He now has over 10 years of hands-on experience working in and around medical clinics, private practices and hospital organizations.

As an entrepreneur, Dr. Kolinski has been starting and running businesses since he was in undergraduate studies at Loyola University Chicago. Over the course of 16+ years in Recruiting and Staffing he has developed extensive knowledge in Human Capital Management which also includes developing team members and empowering the organization to grow. He has made investments in technology companies related to Human Capital Management and sits on the Board of Directors for both Entrepreneurs Organization and YouCruit AB.

Teaching and Learning is a key part of growth in Dr. Kolinski’s pathway to success. His first book, Work-Passion-Life Balance was published in 2020 at the start of the pandemic—he wanted to help everyone to focus on keeping their personal identity intact. In addition to his book, he enjoys sharing his thoughts on Healthcare Businesses and Entrepreneurship to physicians and executives.
