He worked in prestigious law firms such as Goodrich, Riquelme y Asociados and Barrera, Siqueiros y Torres Landa (today Hogan Lovells BSTL), as well as in transnational companies in the pharmaceutical industry such as Productos Roche de México, S.A. de C.V. and Sanofi- Aventis de México, S.A. de C.V., where he had the opportunity to participate in matters of: Intellectual Property, focused in Counterfeit topics; Administrative Infractions in Intellectual Property matters and Copyrights; seizure of forged goods in Customs; administrative proceedings of annulment and abandonment of trademarks and disputes in matters of domain names, including Administrative Contentious Lawsuits and Constitutional (amparo) Lawsuits; consulting and advisory in Intellectual Property matters including transfer of technology; registration and protection of Trademarks, Patents, Copyrights, Trade Name, Commercial notices, Names of origin, Vegetable Varieties, Industrial Designs, Utility Models, Industrial Secrets and matters concerning Intellectual Property and new technologies.

Throughout his practice in the Pharmaceutical Industry, he handled divestitures and purchase of goods; legal support and strategy in special projects for legal management, such as mergers and acquisitions, mediation, shutdown of establishments, regulatory matters, implementation of compliance and data privacy policies; drafting and negotiation of all types of contracts and competitive biddings.

To complement his professional formation, he has experience in civil, commercial and administrative litigation, development of strategies in competitive bidding, out-of-court and judicial collection and settlement agreements.
