Carl Ljungdahl

Carl is a Swedish corporate income tax advisor who has advised on +500 Swedish and global transactions in relation to tax due diligence and tax structuring. Carl also has extensive experience in managing complex tax issues relating to, inter-alia, IP planning, TP/BMO projects and setup of financial structures. Carl is heading Grant Thornton Sweden’s Transaction Tax team. Carl is a certified tax advisor (FAR).
