F Trust AG is a Multi Family Office and provider of Companies in Switzerland including domiciliation and fiduciary services. We are based in Zurich, Zug and London. F Trust is regulated by and is a member of the self-regulatory organisation (SRO) Polyreg, recognised by the Swiss Federation according to Article 24 of the Swiss Money Laundering Act (MLA).

One of our core competences is the incorporation and administration of Swiss companies. As one of the most politically and economically stable countries in the world, with a preferential tax rate defined by the cantons individually, and a large network of double taxation treaties – Swiss companies have a high reputation, one of the lowest tax rates in Europe (as low as 11.9% in Canton Zug), a strong banking industry and still offer anonymity of shareholders by applying a Public Limited Company (AG). F Trust has developed a process to launch your business from anywhere in the world without travelling to Switzerland.

The aim of F Trust is to simplify the process of setting up and managing these operational or holding companies. We understand that an extra company in your structure, is only useful if the benefits outweigh the costs and time to manage it. This is why we practice fixed pricing models, so the client knows upfront what the cost will be.

Anya founded F Trust AG in 2007 with the purpose of assisting clients in venture capital and private equity in structuring their investments into the appropriate jurisdictions, to manage risk and optimise dividends and exits. Today the company works directly with families and entrepreneurs, as well as acts as provider of companies and administration of these to law and accounting firms internationally. Anya began her career in online brokerage at Internaxx (the Online brokerage subsidiary of Banque Generale de Luxembourg) and Saxo Bank, She previously worked with PriceWaterHouse Coopers and Ernst & Young. She holds an MBA from ESCP-EAP, Paris and BA from Edinburgh University
