Gerald Edelman’s Corporate Finance team has grown to 24 people and has a proven track record of success, having advised on more than 30 successful transactions in the last 12 months, with revenue growth of more than 150% and aggregate deal value of greater than £350 million. The team’s expertise extends to sell-side and buy-side M&A advisory, financial and tax due diligence, financial modelling and business valuations.
