We are delighted to announce that our Corporate Finance team has advised Full Circle Capital Partners Ltd on the acquisition of Accelerator Solutions Limited (“Accelerator”).
Founded in 2000, Accelerator Solutions is a UK-based provider of customer service-focused training, research, and consultancy services. The company supports a range of clients, including leading UK businesses in various sectors, such as rail, utilities, social housing, financial services and technology.
Full Circle Capital Partners was established to acquire and grow small and medium enterprises (SMEs), with a specific focus on the professional services sector. The acquisition of Accelerator was the first acquisition by Full Circle Capital Partners.

Gerald Edelman provided financial and taxation due diligence and acted as a general buy-side adviser during the transaction.
