Epanty Mbanda

Epanty Mbanda is an Attorney-at-Law and a member of the Cameroon Bar Association, as well as the permanent commission of the Cameroon Union of Young Lawyers. With extensive experience in providing legal assistance and representation to domestic and international clients, Epanty has established himself as a trusted counsel offering strategic legal advice on various matters.

His expertise lies in complex commercial litigations, with a specialty in Corporate- Commercial Law, Securities (Capital Markets), Tax, and Technology. Epanty assists companies with all aspects of corporate compliance, from board meetings to relevant filings, and ensures they obtain the necessary authorizations for the smooth running of their businesses.

Throughout his career, Epanty has been involved in resolving various business disputes, including those related to commitments and transactions between businessmen, credit establishments, or between businessmen and credit establishments. He has also handled disputes between shareholders of commercial companies and between shareholders and management, as well as disputes among shareholders of commercial companies concerning acts and bills of exchange. Epanty is adept at assisting clients in recovering debts through simplified recovery procedures and has a thorough understanding of collective proceedings for debt liquidation.

Epanty serves as counsel to companies operating in a diverse range of sectors, including but not limited to, Agribusiness (AgriTech), the food industry, medical supplies and equipment, HealthTech, FinTech, Blockchain, Cryptocurrency, Social Housing Construction, Road Construction, Transport and Logistics, Gaming, and Wood exploitation. He has successfully handled and supervised matters in several countries, including Benin, Burkina Faso, Chad, Central Africa Republic, Comoros, Congo (Brazzaville), Democratic Republic of Congo (Kinshasa), Equatorial Guinea, Gabon, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Ivory Coast, Mali, Niger, Senegal, and Togo.
