Duties include:

• Incorporation and management of BVI Business Companies (BVIBC’s)
• Preparation and review of client accounting files, relating to the preparation of unaudited as well as audited financial statements for both local and international clients.
• Preparation of business plans and proposals to support applications for financing locally and internationally ranging for sums ranging from $20,000 to over $50,000,000.
• Setup and maintenance of accounting systems for clients.
• Conducting voluntary liquidation of BVIBC’s.
• Acting as Sole and Joint Liquidator of insolvent BVIBC’s.
