Tom Harris, who joins from Big Four firm Deloitte, brings 25 years of experience working with complex, large listed entities, private clients, and innovative start-up businesses.

Throughout his career, Tom has successfully led advisory projects spanning IPO readiness, HFI reporting, and controls assurance. His wealth of expertise will enhance Gerald Edelman’s ability to deliver exceptional audit services and trusted strategic insights to its diverse client base. This appointment reflects the firm’s commitment to expanding its leadership team and providing clients with unparalleled guidance in a rapidly evolving business environment.

Tom has significant industry knowledge focusing on the retail, manufacturing, property,  telecoms, media and technology sectors, where he has developed strong relationships with key stakeholders with responsibility for managing Board and Audit Committee relationships. In addition, he has held several audit leadership roles, including leading offices, departments and pastoral communities driving audit quality and operational excellence while championing equality, diversity and inclusion.
