Massimo Lupi is the founder of the Firm.
He has been practicing law for 40 years with great passion and predilection for labour law, also at an international level.
He is particularly specialized in foreign and international labor relations, in transfer or secondment, in restructuring procedures and collective dismissals, in agency relationships.
Massimo is considered to be an expert in the pharmaceutical and parapharmaceutical sectors, in which he assists a number of Italian and multinational companies and groups, with particular reference to scientific information on pharmaceuticals.
He has developed specific and recognized skills also in relation to the law of financial intermediaries, in which he has been assisting leasing and factoring companies since the beginning of his career.
He works side by side with his clients in the most complex extraordinary operations, but also in the daily problems of business life and in litigation.

- 1993: Rights of audience in the Italian Supreme Court

He frequently participates in conferences, seminars, also abroad, and training events in the areas in which he works.
He is a speaker at the University of Parma – Faculty of Economics and Business, at the seminar organized annually by the university concerning aspects of comparative labor law.
