TURKEY: Amendment to the regulation on Payment Services Providers and Electronic Money Institutions.

The Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey has amended the regulation on Payment Services Provider and Electronic Money Institutions on 01 December 2021. The previous regulation has been completely abolished. The amended regulation imposes new several obligations about payment services providers and electronic money institutions.
