Fares Legal Expands its Team of Lawyers

We are pleased to announce that this month we received new key members onboard to strengthen our team and fortify our expertise in terms of claims for prelitigation and corporate law so as to meet our clients expectations with ever-increasing efficiency:

Mr. BENSIAM, who was for several years legal advisor of CEOs of telecommunications public companies, has joined our law firm after having spent 10 years as Senior Legal Advisor at CMS Law-Tax Algeria, mainly dealing with public procurement law, ICT law, contracts law and more generally business law. Furthermore, Mr. BENSIAM is a lecturer-trainer at MDI Algiers Business School, where he gives courses in several fields of law.

Mr. GUESSAB, who has tangible experience dealing public contracts related issues. He has overseen 40 infrastructure projects both at public and private contracting companies.

Dr. BRAHIMI who is a well experienced Arbitrator in international trade law, A Supreme Court and a Council of State attorney, besides, a lecturer at Blida Faculty of Law and Political Science.
