Patpol Legal has employed Agata Witkowska, a new Associate and lawyer, whose key areas of practice include copyright, industrial property law as well as personal data protection law.
Agata Witkowska boasts a rich professional experience, which she has gained in law firms specializing in intellectual property matters. Before joining Patpol Legal, she worked for one of the largest TV stations operating on the Polish market and was responsible for copyrights.
At Patpol Legal, she will be conducting intellectual property matters and providing comprehensive legal services to institutional clients.
Agata Witkowska graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University and the Faculty of Journalism and Political Sciences at the University of Warsaw. In addition, she is a graduate of Postgraduate Intellectual Property Study at the University of Warsaw and Postgraduate Study of Commercial Companies Law also at the University of Warsaw. She is a scholarship holder of Erasmus and CEEPUS programs.
Apart from her professional activity, an important element of her legal practice is charity work supporting foundations fighting for the protection of animal rights.
