Honoured to share that I will be serving as the Co-Chair of the IBLC & NCLT Committee at PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry for the event “IBC & NCLT @10 – Celebrating a Decade of Insolvency Reforms” scheduled on Saturday, 30th May 2026.

This occasion marks an important milestone in the journey of India’s insolvency and restructuring framework under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, along with the evolving role of the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal.
